Always a pleasure meeting such a car. Strange, expensive when new and out of the schemes. The panhard pl17 with its aerodynamic shapes is genuine genius, but like often happens to this kind of production, it got quite hard times to be understood.

This red car from the @milanoautoclassica fair is a post restyling car from 1964 in the hi-level Relmax S version powered by the enhanced “Tigre” engine providing 50HP. A top class PL17!

Note that in this post restyling cars the name has been changed from PL 17 to 17 B and is one of the last “17” made as in 1965 Panhard introduced the new 24 after being incorporated by Citroën.
